Second, yes journalist and panelist voted Harper to a ProBowl; these same people recently said that Drew Brees was not a Top 3 current player in the NFL...

Pro bowlers are chosen by fans, PLAYERS and COACHES.

The votes from the coaches count for one-third, the votes from the players count for another third, and the votes from the fans count for the final third.
