BOO BABY!

TE Boo Williams has earned the right to start after this season. He is difficult for linebackers to cover in space and has become comfortable in the offense. Some think he can produce Pro Bowl numbers if he is a full-time starter. That means veteran Ernie Conwell might have to assume a reduced role, and he should have no problem with that. Conwell no longer is the receiving threat he was during his prime, but he remains a reliable leader.

It has been said here before that Sloan and Conwell were quality TE's that faultered only once they got to New Orleans, and that their failures might be the fault of Brooks' so-called inability to throw them the ball properly (I'm really not kidding -- that was said here). I can only wonder why it is that Boo Williams didn't seem to have any trouble catching passes from Brooks. Maybe he's just better than Sloan or Conwell. Makes one wonder.

That really surprises you that was said here? To me, that\'s expected here, along with a bunch of bogus logic, trying to convince me to see it that way. They tell me it\'s as CLEAR as day.......

I do remember some saying that saintfan, but like I said, it didn\'t surprise me.

Back to the point. I like Boo and always have. I know his blocking needs to improve, and if it does he\'ll be quite a weapon IMO. Guess we\'ll have to see, but I\'ll be pullin\' for him.

Well yeah, but then a couple of \'em will starting whining and Joesam will have to step in. I\'m trying really hard to not be the cause of Joesam\'s having to step in. God knows I wanna go all out but you know what they say about speaking softly. I\'ve deleted more of my own typing that what I\'ve actually posted.

I think Boo is awesome too. I don\'t know what I think that implies or doesn\'t imply about Brooks, but I do know that any guy who changes his name to \"Boo\" because of his grandma is ok in my books.
