The secondary hasn't looked very good all pre-season and the first game. Granted we were up against Aaron Rodgers, but it got me thinking about changes since last year. The big one that comes to mind is the loss of our secondary coach Dennis Allen, who went to be the Bronco's d-coordinator. Its only one game, and we have to see how it plays out, but something tells me his loss might be bigger than we realize

That might be true. Who took over the position?

They did look uncharacteristically confused and disorganized during the Packer game.
Maybe there is some growing pains or a learning curve there. |

There should not be any confusion for a secondary that has played together for a few years regardless of changing coaches. Porter - Greer - Harper - Jenkins should not be getting confused.
I really don't believe the secondary played all that poorly (except for 2 harper plays), the issue falls on lack of pass rush. |

Strato, the reason i didn't mention P Rob there was because he was going to get "picked on" by being the least experienced. He hopefully did some growing from that experience last week... I have a hard time faulting him too much when he is going up against Rodgers-Jennings.

Yeah he has to get better...what i don't understand is why G.W left him alone out there playing 10 yards off the ball...he never came up and jammed Jennings at all...the G.B passing is timing...and we let them stay in perfect sync. We should be able to pressure Cuntler more hopefully and our DBs wont get exposed as much...The bears ate the Falqueens alive with the screen..our LBs have to be ready for that all game..
