Bears Fan here....

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I was not impressed by the Bears' O-Line against the Failclowns, which is why I think that there'll be a lot more push from the Saints' D-Line up front, which, in turn, will help out our backfield. I'm not saying ...

I'm not saying it won't be a close one and if the game was played at Soldiers Field I might even think the Bears could win it, but the game is the season opener in the Dome and the lift the team will get from the crowd alone will give the Saints the decisive edge.

Quite honestly I think it may have something to do with it being the first game, I mean the game would have been close IMO if it was not for that colston turnover. Playcalling on those fouth downs can be argued, but thats just the luck of the draw. They went high flying with a play action and got burned, and then they went conservative and got burned, not to mention playing from behind adds to the chaos.

For us, Bears looked outstanding especially the Dline. This will come down to whether or not your Oline will be able to hold them back, which is possible. Atlanta does have some Oline issues. Mistakes are going to happen it is just going to be who makes it first. Ryan made the first mistake on sunday as Urlacher got that pick and it all went down hill from there. Other than that, hopefully everyone stays healthy and heres to looking forward to a great sunday.
Pass on our condolances to the Urlacher family with the lost of his mother. We are not the type of fans to be celebrating with someone else's lost.

Welcome Rocksteady, always a nice change to have a classier level of fan from an opponent, not the norm. It will be a good game, and it will be great payback for the loss in 06 at your house. The idiots with signs are not the norm, we know, so forgive our idiots in advance for their payback this Sunday. Game on.

Im not saying all bears fans are total jerks but I had a lot of friends that went to that game. They said when they were out tailgating that a bunch of Bears fans were yelling at them horrible stuff about Katrina. Just sayin...

Welcome to the board. I'll try to keep my opinions about the Bears to myself until after the game. Good luck on Sunday and thank you for exposing Shatty Ice for the joke he really is!

Sorry to hear about Urlacher's mom. That is never good when a player has to miss a game because of something like this. My condolences to the Urlacher family.
