Colston practices
Marques Colston (collarbone) practiced on a limited basis Wednesday.
The Saints have a history of "limiting" players in practice even in weeks where they're not expected to play, so Colston's return may not mean a whole lot. We'll know more later in the week. The Saints have been targeting Week 6 for Colston to get back into game action all along. They play the Jaguars this week. Source: Mike Triplett on Twitter Sep 28 - 2:45 PM |

Was it a full fracture or hairline.
I broke mine like a Twix in the commercial... Man, that was painful. You should have heard what I told the Doc when he said he has to RE-BREAK it to set it properly! THEN HE DID!!! I almost went and shot the place up! Just kiddin' Alaska |

If he's healthy he's healthy. But, I wish they would give him another week off just to be sure. The upcoming division games are the ones he needs to be ready for.

Broke my collarbone like Alaska's Twix, but mine never did get set properly. I had a skull fracture & my left Femur was in pieces; that was just a little more important...
On Around the League; they just reported that Sean has said Colston was medically cleared to play, and will be available Sunday against the Jags... |

nooooo, dont like...save him for the divisional games coming up. We are going to CREAM the Jags, no need for him to come back, just sit at home and watch drew carve em up...get fired up, then want to be the guy he throws to next week..its pretty simple.

I agree. Let him rest a little longer, we haven't really had a drop off in the passing department, ie. Drew is bada%$ and all our receivers are really stepping it up. I believe we've only had 4 or 5 "drops" so far this year. Bring him back for Carolina.

Yeah the Saints are so stacked with talent this doesn't seem like the right thing to do. But the team has all the info and we don't. Keep . . . fingers . . . crossed.
