No it does not negatively affect the Saints Organization or the Naming rights for that matter, it is connected to the Saints and the Superdome however so it's relevant news.
No one's for sure exactly why he was fired almost a few weeks after the naming rights contract deal was signed. It could have been something eminent in the first place, his job was probably in danger, they could be cutting back. This deal had to be signed by the actual Mecedes Benz Company heads in USA and Germany not just this man, all he did was put it together and got everybody to sign on the dotted lines, he acted as a Rep for Germany and USA of Mercedes however when traveling to Louisiana to deal with the Long term naming rights. |

Coinsidence or not? Gotta wonder if they folks back home in Germany, that are in a crisis, like the Idea of spending 60 million to slap an emblem on an american Stadium? Europe is circling the drain and protesters hate rich people and rich corporations. Could have been bad publicity in Germany.

The Deal is reportedly already done..
Lynwood could also be right with it being bad publicity in Germany, they are going through their Economic Crisis as well and they have the whole Occupy Movement going on out there which could turn into a Riot.. But it to me seems more like a Coincidence. |
