I don't know...
I think he saw he was having a bad game and not what he has been. Simply way over his head this year... HOW THE HELL DOES A CENTER GET A FALSE START PENALTY, I mean really?!?! You hike the ball to start the dang play. So if he took offense to a coach giving him crap about it then so be it but as long as he has been I can't see a coach really giving it to him... you know when to respect a guy come on. I think they were in a position to cut someone with Ivory coming back and honestly it makes good sense. NO WAY he makes the team next year, he is expendable by my calculations. So to avoid being cut they let him move on on his own accord. He saves face and goes out a little better than being cut his last NFL season. |

Rather him leave now with no fire then try to linger till the end of the season and potentially get Drew injured. I'm sure it is a hard thing to do for him after a great career, but at least he was honest. Good luck Olin, hope you get whatever your issue is straight.

I look at Kreutz was more of an insurance policy.
Sometimes coaches don't know how a player is going to do in a game and especially during the long season. So they get insurance. Unfortunately the insurance policy wasn't working out. |

If we are going to really, really bang the ball, we are going to need a center and a lb. to bang back on the other side. I would bring Bussey to the youth movement he's a bangbacker.
