Roman Harper is a beast when it comes to playing near the line, but he seriously needs to work on his hands. He had a chance to seal the game with a pick in the endzone which he obviously dropped, you don't get many chances harper, you've got to make the most of it.
otherwise, great game for him, I nearly had a heart attack when Shanle got that pick |

I don't know who to blame either, but something needs to change with our D. I am sick and tired of missed tackles. They did come up when they had to though I will give them that. They shouldn't have blown a 10 pt lead in 4 minutes in the first place.

Stuffing Turner on 4th down...about time. It's becoming way to common for teams to test the Saints on 4th down. The only reason he did it was because the stats were saying he could. Not this time.

Our prevent D always gives up to many yards, way to many.

the problem with our D is 3 fold.
1. We need DE's that get to the QB. 2. OLB who can cover and get after the QB. 3. DL who cans stop the run. Fault GW for the debacle of the D, its his scheme and failing to coach up the players on fundamentals. As a coach you have to be a good teacher and a game planner. All he does is dial up blitzes. Hell my 90 year old grandmother can do that. Develop those damn rookies... coach them up. I don't see much of that going on. We play to be lucky on D. |
