Penaltys
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I agree I don't think it's the refs being picky, they are just doing what they have been told to do. I, too, feel they have been told to throw the flag regardless of wether or not helmet to helmet ...

I agree I don't think it's the refs being picky, they are just doing what they have been told to do. I, too, feel they have been told to throw the flag regardless of wether or not helmet to helmet is involved. I think some safety's are going to say, to heck with it, I'll take the 15 yds and the 25K fine. I'm playing football. Ronnie Lott would go broke playing football today.
