Glad to hear someone else say this. I have always felt that the numbers or the final score didn't always tell the story of how a game went. I'll take a defense that let's the offense move up and down the field but holds them to FG's or no score over one that lets the offense move at will right into the endzone. When the game is out of reach most offenses are going to rack up yardage just to try and make the score respectable. So we gave up 400 yards in the air. We won the game by 25 pts. I'll take that every day and twice on Sunday. :bng:

I hear what you and others are saying. Only one problem..what happens when our offense isn't ON?
I'll tell you what happens..we lose to the Rams..that's what. This is what worries me the most. Do I really give a crap that Eli had 400 passing yards, NO. We won, that's what matters BUT we have seen this type of zone all year. Winning, losing whatever. It hasn't changed.
I am not going to just sit back and say, we won the game woohoo and then come back and whine when we lose for running the same scheme that we have all year. It's all good and great when the offense is full steam ahead but when it's not are you going to come back and act like you don't understand why our defense let us down?
