Yeah ..... finally the Saints are a team where top tier coaches want to come coach at, I heard on NFLN last night that he picked the Saints due to the offense and the fact that his defensive style works best when his team has a lead

I think our defense has good players. I think we need to make an adjustment and beef up outside linebacker position through free agency, and at least 1 new down lineman on defense. Evaluate the contracts we have and see if they're worth it.

There's a lot of money tied up in our defense right now and I'm sure we'll see if it's in all the right places.....

Very much doubt it with the big contracts they have at the moment and their recent performances... they'd be some seriously low round picks, although, those are the only kind the Raiders have left! ;)

Either way I think we can trade one or a couple players for some picks, maybe even a first rounder, we may need one

It is hard to evaluate the relative worth of a 1st round pick, but in my opinion the Saints don't have too many guys, who they could trade for a 1st round pick... and even less players of that stature they should trade away.

could not have stressed it better.. The hugging and shoulder tackling our Defensive have been doing had cost us critical game's and put us in jeopardy many times.

we dont have any players on the defensive side of the ball that would be worth a 1st round pick in a trade.
