This is the sad part of business in the NFL. But if it wasn't for that then we'd probably NEVER have won a SB.

If he ends up on any other team I am sure there is going to be a lot of people really cheering for him to win another ring.

If he never plays again... it would just be a very sad time. Unless we get him as offensive coordinator. LOL>

No matter what happens to him he will be in the H.O.F. and remembered as one of the greatest qb.'s to suit up and play the great American sport of football.

Kryptonite, that was a lot. Glad you are better and yet, you still have a ways to go.

I do not think it will be sad or anything negative or sad if PM makes the right choice and retires from the NFL on the field that is.
He has done it all. H.O.F to come. Records stand.
There are places for PM in the NFL as game commentator , front office for team (GM) , or coaching. Absolutley.

Some NFL players leave the NFL either broke or staying beyond their expiration date.
Well, PM comes from a wealthy two-parent home so he understands about finances.
That is not what is going to be his downfall.
Staying in the game too long could be a problem.
Think Bret Farve. That NFC game with the Saints ...did his eyes really roll back when he got those legal, in regualtion hits?
Remember Kenny Stabler.

Hou-hat, good point about CManning.
Things like what he had a gentic so there could be something there in reference to PM's healing .
