I saw him giving an interview on the NFL Network this evening. He is not done.
I think he should be done if he is smart.
He went on to say that doctors say he is healing remarkably well.

I think the guy should leave a winner instead of trying to stay in beyond his expiration and going out like Brett Farve.

Technically, his neck is already healed. It's the nerve regeneration to his shoulder they are worried about. He is having trouble getting velocity on his throws.

I don't think he will be with Indy either. They are going for a youth movement and gonna hang there hat on Luck. There is no way they are going to pay him the 28 mil that he is suppose to get this year. To much uncertainty with the rehab.
