I was going to ask why we wanted saturday, but I remembered now... because we drink lots, and dont want
to go to work hungover and fat.....

We want it on a Saturday so that we have a much better chance to actually get crawfish. Places like HEB only have one delivery per weekend, and all the bugs are usually gone on Sat. If you have a boil on Sun, you're SOL.

The hangover question is another strong reason for a Sat boil.

btw, The 21st is also good for us if we're now moving it back a week.
