I agree, and if my teammates were targetting my counterpart, I'd be pissed, knowing that this wasn't much of a secret and that the other D would look to retaliate.

Also, look at the number of defensive players we have turned over in 3 years. How STUPID was Williams for continuing when we probably had 6-7 guys each year going and playing somewhere else.

What difference does it make? A good (legal) hit that results in a player being knocked out of the game is fine. It is a violent sport. If the hit is a "bounty" illegal hit then that should be punished. Just don't think this is the case or can be proved.
