... sorry, didn't mean to be a smart-ass ... I see your point and if it's not Williams, a non-player employee would make sense to me. I can't see a player violating the unwritten code among athletes, "what happens in the locker room, stays in the locker room", regardless of how disgruntled they are.

One question I would have is, "how would a non-player employee have knowledge of or a connection with a bounty-pool?

IDK, what kind of employee positions on an NFL team would place someone privy to that kind of information?
