Who Makes The Call? Agent or Player?

Since this has been debated a bit here the last couple days, here's what Condon has to say about that:

“I may never like them and they may never like me, but I appreciate that they’re smart guys who usually get what they want. I usually get what I want, too, and what I want is what my client wants,”

Do NOT tell me the player isn't making the final call. The agent's job is to negotiate the deal the player wants. Period. Anybody who thinks anything else isn't playing attention or just doesn't want to believe how it works in the real world.
