I think Loomis laid an egg on this one. No contact, no offer until the night before? Looks like we tried to play the loyalty card too much. Money seems like it wasn't that far off

The silver lining is that we signed Grubbs and saved a couple million in cap space...

everyone keeps saying that Grubbs is 2 years older- big deal- so his contract is up when is 33
