this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Law Suit, but not Class Action. A Class Action lawsuit requires a large number of people (a Class) or group, usually more than 100, affected by the negligance of anther. But I do see legal action in our future pending ...

A Class Action lawsuit requires a large number of people (a Class) or group, usually more than 100, affected by the negligance of anther. But I do see legal action in our future pending an appeal to the NFL. Harshest action taken by the NFL ever! |
