No. We are taking the punishment for the NFL's own failure to police the practice of EVERY TEAM IN THE NFL where players were shot up with drugs and/or otherwise intimidated to play injured while the league manufactured a tough-guy image to its core demographic. Period.

The league is being dragged kicking and screaming into court by these former "heroes" and needs to save face. This is just a part of their save face plan. Unfortunately for the Saints we documented our program and air-mailed a ready-made escape route.
