The former Virginia Tech cornerback has talent worth boasting about, although there is a point where you might question whether too much of the boasting comes from him when it should be coming from others.

"You see a lot of corners who are small and can't run," Hall says. "I'm just the total package. I'm a big corner, can run and am real physical. I think that's what a lot of the scouts like."

NFL scouts do like Hall....
