Chamberlain sounds much like Nate Bussey to me. About the same size, speed, 7th round pick, and talent..IMHO.

If he can just stay upright and get to the ball, he will be OK, that's if we sign him.
I am hoping for some interior D-line help from the draft or FA. I believe Smith and Jordan would get elevated if someone can get some push up the middle. |

Anyone at this point besides Shanle is an improvement, but this just reeks of a bottom of the trash bin signing

I'm not sure I agree about that. i much rather see us get guys that knows the system we gonna run and that can help teach the other guys than go out and sign a bunch of big names to rich contracts that might not even be a good fit with our system.

I think a lot of folks don't remember what it was like with the LB's before we got Shanle, Fujita and Vilma. I think we've been spoiled. Sucks that we can't get better than Chamberlain but if it's an improvement, it's an improvement. We have to make small steps right now. Personally, in the FA market, I'd prefer the LB from the Hawks but we've only got so much money to spend and a small improvement is still improvement.
