Trade with the browns??
Hi all,
Just wondering with the Browns having a swag of picks this year, and with the loss of our 2x second rounders whether we are better off trading with the browns and getting back in the mix. Say our 2013 first rounder for their second rounder in 2012 (37) & 2013... We can target a good DE like Branch or DT like Worthy, this year and given the shape of the Browns roster will be picking somewhere between 33-40 next year. With SP sidelined for the year, 2012 could be anything for the saints so its risk-reward for the browns, given our first pick could be as high as 32 or as low as... 32 Any chance? |

I'm not liking it; use the 5 picks this year drafting BPA, and next year we have only lost #2, so not really a big deal...
Besides, we seem to find quite a few late round gems... |

The Browns have a lot of needs, so they might want to hang on to those picks they have at this year's draft, which is probably one of the reasons they lost out to the 'Skins in the 2nd overall pick trade.
