lets try 4.6 or 4.7. he got a 4.5 on the fastest surface he could with a tailwind too. the way you actin youd think williams last name was vilma.

rage has a point... rice ran like 4.6 or so, not much faster, and all he did was become the greatest player to ever play football, or at least the best at his position. that forty time doesn\'t measure him as a player, it only measures his speed. he has many intangables, that i think he should have stayed in school to work on, but that\'s neither here nor there

Mike Williams will make a phenominal receiver...a move to tight end would be ridiculous. Speed is not the make or break for any receiver. He does everything else well and will be just fine at receiver. You find a 5\'10 180 lb corner that can tackle him in the open field with any kind of regularity.
