Sure has. It was getting watered down enough on the defensive side, now I don't even want to think about what it's gonna look like. Refs are going to throw flags at anything they think might have been intent to harm even if the hit is perfectly legal. So in other words, every offensive player, other than linemen, will be treated like the quarterback has been for years.

I hope I end up wrong about that.

That was/is happening with our without Williams. This whole situation is certainly speeding up the process though.
