Aquib Talib!!!! I already know what yall are going to say before yall say it but I was just wondering.... Since we are so bleak at corner to you think a little good influence could turn him.... We could get him from the bucs for little to nothing if they draft Claibourne.. Probably a 5th or even lower because there gonna want to unload him.

Too bad he's a head case and may be suspended for off the field issues. He's really jacked up in the head.

Well he'd be under $2M for the season which wouldn't be that bad, but he would be an UFA in a year's time, so with all the other issues associated with him - I'd say no to trading for him.
Of course, at the moment the Saints don't even have that little under $2M in cap space... |

i wish the nfl would do their thing with harper and vilma. that should free up cap space some how. it just does not seem fair to hit us for their salaries while they are out. Suspended without pay like they did with SP.
i can not wait to see how long the court cases in the players charges goes on. this will be much harder to prove and it should open the nfl up to questions on how long and what they did to monitor the events. ok thread hijacking asnte is a bit long in the tooth and is injury prone. talib is a punk that could be had for cheap and signed with a behavior clause. myself i am looking at saftey over CB right now. FA ? Atogwe is now on the market. Remember the Spags system does not believe in true SS. more of a CB/FS/SS type. |
