Thank goodness for this union. I not that big of a fan for some of the unions but in cases like this it is absolutely necessary. If you have a fair employer they can be troublesome. But in my mindset they are the only way for a lot of people to get a fair shake. I think they are needed more now than ever for the workers in industries that are know to exploit their workers and everyone if they are working should be paid enough to take care of their families. Why should people have to work for minimum wages when the corporations and exploiters take all the profits.
