this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; The NFLPA has a HUGE stake in the appeals process. The union agreed to the appeals process going through one person. If the appeal process can "prove" any wrongdoing by the "league" it gives the NLFPA a bit of leverage ...

The NFLPA has a HUGE stake in the appeals process. The union agreed to the appeals process going through one person.
If the appeal process can "prove" any wrongdoing by the "league" it gives the NLFPA a bit of leverage in getting the appeals process in the CBA changed. But from a suposed 22-27 player involvement down to a 4 player suspension doesn't really sound like the entire defense embraced and supported the program. |
