Louisiana State Police unsure whether to proceed = LSP don't give a **** about it. The only reason they got involved was because they had to. They knew is was BS and they knew the statue of limitations was up and they really don't want to waste millions of dollars of their budget on a useless investigation based on pure speculation and rumor.
