Exactly, the main component of that case was over a a state law that the players were not notified by the NFL within 3 days and less to do with the substance. This case is that one on steroids which is why I find it odd there are no reports stating that all player suspensions could be put on hold. It's a real scenario that, in the end, could have nothing to do with bounties. It could come down to breaches of the CBA. The players could play for a couple more years until a verdict is reached. Even if they lose it would not matter considering their ages. The NFL would be left with a a big bill and a bunch of retired players.
