Yes he is, but I don't believe he is worth 23 a year. Let me say that again 23 million. $23 a year??? But maybe he is, he could buy 9 Bugatti Veyron Super Sports Cars. to fit in his garage.
I'm just trying to make light of this crap,

or look at this, behind the number 23= Today, in the Obama economy, twenty-three million Americans are out of work, underemployed, or have stopped looking for work.
Do you think he will want all of his in Black And Gold ??

It's staring to look more and more like Brees will have some MAJOR fence-mending work to do upon his return if this holdout becomes even more protracted.
