Vs. San Fran though, we had it won.

To me the worst loss has to be the 2006 NFC Championship game against the Bears... I just can't help but wonder how many Super Bowl victories the Saints would have already if they would've been able to win that game and defeat the Colts in the Super Bowl - and in Miami of all places.

And the blatant sabotage the ground crew did at Soldier Field doesn't decrease the bitterness of that loss any bit.

That team wasn't ready. They would have been slaughtered by Indy.

IDK, I guess a P. Manning vs E. Manning matchup would peak my interest, but really, the only QB from the AFC I want to see in a big game is Brady ... Brady vs Rodgers, Brady vs Brees, Brady vs Stafford ... not too enthusiastic about Tebow vs Alex Smith either ...

The Bears did the Saints a favor by beating us in the '06 NFCC game; I just threw up a little in my mouth typing that!!

IMO, the Saints were a classic, Not Quite Ready For Prime Time team at that point.

I was much happier with the Saints joining the teams that won its first Super Bowl.

Jeasus..... The best match up of all for the whole pie is not even mentioned..

Bronco's vs Saint's.... Payton Manning vs Drew Brees rematch, for the undisputed King of the Game.

True, but "any given Sunday" and all of that.

I can't believe he put Tebow in the convo. Tebow Mania was last year and it won't be back. Any 4 of the elites versus each other in the SB would be a great match up as far as rest of the country is concerned. If P.Manning is 90% of what he was, Denver will be a force to be reckoned with, and despite of how wonderful Brady is theres no cakewalk in the AFC with teams like Baltimore, Pittsburg & SD out here.

I disagree; I think Tebow takes the starter spot away from Sanchez at some point this year, but I still wouldn't put him in the SB conversation...
