Switzer had extensive coaching experience before going to Dallas. He was also Jimmy Johnson's best friend and college roommate. Caldwell is more analogous because that team was good based on talent on the team - Manning. But Caldwell made some key decision errors to lose the Superbowl too. I see your point Tobias. |
