Guys Im by no means saying Cadet will make your roster in New Orleans but watching him at App State I knew he would wind up some where. I am not a ASU Homer I know Cadet is from a small school, very few care about or write off as being small. But what I have noticed about the New Orleans coaching staff is that they find a way to make players from smaller schools fit in thier system. And its fun to root for them. While at ASU Cadet showed a very very explosive first 2-3 steps, incredible cut back ability, and was fearless in kik returning and in space he was incredible. The NO coaching staff used his skills like I have never seen before. He can take it to the edge and run north to south and can catch like I had never seen at ASU. Too bad our coaches didnt know how to use him. Will he make it maybe maybe not, but his heart is in it. Good luck to you guys this year. And I hope Cadet makes your roster. Either way at least the practice squad.

You're right, this team is full of talented players from smaller schools and un-drafted status. The scouts know talent, the coaches can coach talent and the coordinators know how to use talent. |
