Larry Holder, who covers the Saints for CBS sports and now for the Times-Picayune was contacted by ProFootballTalk about him not being well liked by Sean Payton and the Saints. Holder said that that accusation is not true and he was NEVER even contacted by John Barr and ESPN, although Holder's name was mentioned in the OTL piece this AM.

So if Barr claims Holder is called names by Payton, why didn't Barr contact him directly to make a statement or appear in the piece?

How would Barr know that Holder has a problem with Payton or the Saints?
Barr doesn't because HE LIED ABOUT IT!
The exact same way he LIED about the Mickey Loomis eavesdropping accusation that was proven false.
Got it. This witch hunt is getting out of hand. Guess its the price you pay for being one of the best in the league.

Several months back I started a thread about the price of success. For decades we were doormats just wanting a chance to win it all. Now that we have and have continued winning I now know what teams like the Patriots, Yankees, Steelers, etc. feel like. Outside of your own region you are pretty much hated and put under a microscope. When you get this much attention, it isn't because you are losing week in and week out. Isn't it wonderful!!!
