I hope it's an open ended offer that he can take if the judge rules against him.

Accepting the offer is an admission of guilt. No way Vilma ever does that now; he is in too deep.
Goddell doesn't even care about the suspension at this point, he wants it to go away. Simply foolish to think Vilma would take 8 games, but I believe it was 'offered', one way or another.
