With all the veteran kickers on the street, I wouldn't be shocked if we cut both and signed one of the proven vets.

My problem with Hartley is I don't trust him in pressure situations. I would go with Kasay...and if he doesn't cut it, I would fall back on whoever else is out there. We need consistency, and Hartley doesn't represent that. Let him be someone else's project.
