You know you are a Saints Fan When you re-write popular songs or poems(including Christmas) to fit the Saints current roster.

A friend from NO sent me this today:

On Shockey... On Thomas... On Sharper and Bell!
On Brees... On Colston... Let's give 'em hell!!

On Harper... On Meachem... On Roby... On Greer!
We showed Pretty Boy Brady the meaning of Fear!!
WHO DAT!!

You know you're a Saints fan when you smashed a certain Westclox and forbid it to ever reside in your house again.

Here's another

You know you're a Saints fan when you wonder why your QB smiles after throwing interception after interception after interception......

This is how my brother proved in creds:
You know you're a Saints fan, when you're a University of Florida alumnus living in Charlotte, and the weekend of BCS Bowl and the panthers-Cardinals playoff game, you wear an Arizona tee-shirt to work because the panthers losing is more important than your alma mater winning the national championship!

I've seen those before here and there... most of them are very generic and would apply to any fan of any team. We should start a list of true Saints related lines.

uh uh, no way, Toby--- a lot of these only work in New Orleans, for instance:

--if you can listen to "the point after" without an interpreter. (aint nobody else got a Cajun Cannon)

--when you can spell fleur de lis and lagniappe but cant spell your favorite beer budwiser. (only here, dude)

And then there's our distinct Curse:
--if the Saints are winning by seven with 20 seconds left to play, the other team has fourth and 23 on their own 15 yard line, and you just know the other team will score with no time left, go for 2, and win the game. old guys, this refers a particular game, doesnt it?

Here's the icing statement: You know you are a Saints fan if you weren't the least bit surprised when Carney missed the extra point.

But yeah, I'm sure we can come up with more Only In New Orleans/Louisiana/Gulf Coast liners. Jump into my "gris gris" thread and
weigh in.
