It’s hard to believe the Saints came out so flat in their home opener. Taking nothing away from the Redskins and the poised play of Robert Griffin III, it’s unimaginable that the best the Saints could muster up against a team that went 5-11 in 2011 was a replay performance of their heartbreaking loss to the Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers last season. Just like last year, this year’s game went down to the wire. Unlike last year, we didn’t give one up to one of the best teams in the league. We let a rookie QB have his way with us and when he wasn’t abusing us, we were abusing ourselves
