If they bomb this year like the colts did, they could pick up major value draft picks hopefully on defense.. SP would be back and everyone would resume their jobs and get ass with the same core group on offense and some get some major young talent on defense.

But would those picks be voided for us? Are those punishment too?

07 Giants started out 0-2 and almost the exact same defensive statistics we did. Way too early for this crap.

Difference is the Giants had Strahan,Osi and Tuck on the roster.

Let martez take his spot because the defense really can't get any worse, 75 points in 2 games is embarrassing

The giants D turned it around, they had a strong front 4, the rams d had a strong front 4, we have a below average front 4, I want to believe the D will perform but if we lose to kansas city of all teams, our D will never get any better

No one knew who Tuck was before 2007. Spags is the one who put Tuck in the starting rotation he was playing ST before Spags saw his potential.
Smith is in decline but he is still our best player on D and that is a problem. As the year goes on we will see more of the young guys step up it's just going to be a struggle for a few games. I think the D will start playing better by the GB game. We just need to limp by this week and out score KC and win that first game and things will slowly turn around.
