I seriously doubt anyone thinks our offense is worse than our defense, but it should be noted that our offense isn't firing on all cylinders either. The offense should definitely get some blame for our 0-2 start. |

I Agree with you 100%, the only stat that IMO is off is the 4.4 YPC and that's only because the defense puts us in a hole that running the ball is not an option. Everyone knows running takes valuable time off the clock, time that we can't afford to give up running the ball and keeping opposing defenses honest.

The problem is the offense (which has been off thus far) has to score 40 points for us to even have a chance at winning. That is just not going to get it done.

Both sides of the ball need to improve, enough said...
They both feed off each other, so when the defense starts improving it will help the offense and vice-versa. I will say the offense is doing well enough to win the games and the least bit of improvement of the defense wins the games. And we were going against 2 option teams, I'll hold all judgement until I see how they handle the Chiefs conventional offense... |
