I think we'd all agree our coaches know who our best players are and they're gonna play who they think gives usd the best chance to win.

But I'd damn sure love to know why they think a certain few players give us that better chance.

Ill disagree. Exhibit A: see Shanle.

As stated before he grades out as the worst starting OLB in the league for 4 years but Vitt gives the guy praise in interviews. Hindsight is always 20/20 but after 4 years of hindsight proving them wrong, maybe they would have some foresight to see Shanle shouldn't start.

We need to take the rose colored glasses off and realize this team was great because of Payton. He carried this awful D every year and won the SB.
