Our defensive numbers so far, are right on a par with the historic 0-16 Detroit Lions team, and the 0-14 Tampa Bay Buccaneers actually had a better defense then we have.
If Brees is still with us in the San Francisco game, they ought to just go ahead and bench him for the week and start Chase for that game. They need to think about the long term future of the team versus what will probably be a pretty meaningless game. The Niners defense will absolutely kill Brees with our O-line playing the way it is. |
