Refs????????
What about the defensive TD that was not allowed? I only heard the game on the radio but the commentators said the the KC player fumbled the ball after hurting his elbow?? We then scooped up the free ball and ran it into the endzone! TD for us, or a least thats what the Saint radio commentators said, they could not see a problem at all, but it wasn't allowed??????? Maybe I miss heard but I'm sure that's what they said????? |

They changed part of by saying fumble recoveries are allowed if the blown whistle does not alter players reactions. Obviously the rule only applies to action immediately after the whistle and not to reconstructing the play as if a whistle was never blown. Blowing the whistle was wrong, calling the ball dead where we recovered it was the correct call. |

Re: Quit blaming our losses on the refs and Goodell
When the ref blow the whistle, the play is dead period. No discussion. The play is over. When the whistle is blown is not reviewable. When the play is blown dead, it's dead.
