Saint's can make deal.
First off let me say the dolphins were a reach to be an 8-8 team when Williams retiried and that went out the window with Boston out. You lose a guy who had 775 carries the last two seasons, and you have Orande Gadsen, Snoop Minnis, and Terrence Wilkens battling it out for the number 3 reciever. You have a defense that is getting older Seau 15th season, Bowens 11th season, Thomas 9th season and in my opinion slower. An offense line that gave up 31 sacks on a predominatly run oriented team and turned the ball over 34 times. Real QB controversy and a running game that has some serious questions. With so many questions on the offensive side of the ball that defense will be out there more than ever. They lose the clock control that ricky brought them last season. You lose your top KR man from last season because he is now your starting running back, so you can expect to lose some field position there. Then you add in a schedule that includes the defending super bowl champs twice, Tennessee, St. Louis, Seattle, Denver, Baltimore, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh and I think it all leads to the end of the Wannstedt era. I see them getting 5-6 wins at best. Once again this is all just my opinion and as some of you know my opinion is always scheduled to change.
