this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I dont think that there is a team in the league that would even think about giving up 2 first round picks for Sammy. I love Sammy, but with a franchise tag we have to pay him in the top ...

I dont think that there is a team in the league that would even think about giving up 2 first round picks for Sammy. I love Sammy, but with a franchise tag we have to pay him in the top 5 at his position. I dont know exactly what salary that would be, but I dont see the Saints making him a top 5 paid player at safety. I agree with Saintz08 that he will probably be a cap casualty.
