Put Tim Rattay in the \"Schooled in Louisiana\" category....He\'s not from here originally....I believe it\'s Arizona, but I\'m not postive on that.

Edit: After a bit of research, I found out that Tim Rattay is originally from Elyria, Ohio.

Really?? I thought Rattay was born up-state somewhere around Shreveport. You learn something new everyday I guess. Thanks for \"straightenin\' me out\" D.

I think it\'s more a matter of where they play college ball. Southern College Ball. What about all of the great QB\'s in NFL history, not only from La., but from the SEC? Bart Starr and Joe Namath, and was\'nt Bradshaw from La. too and what about Favre from Ms.? I know you guy\'s can come up with alot more, help a brotha out?

Another former NFL QB was Bert Jones from good ol\' Ruston, Louisiana. \"The Ruston Rifle\" also played college ball at LSU and went on to a decent career with the Colts. Who can forget Bobby Hebert and Billy Joe Tolliver?

Hye D, I can\'t believe I forgot about Bert and Bobby, did\'nt mean too. I did\'nt want to remember Tolliver, from when he played for us anyway.

Thanks for the info!!!

Then of course there was Doug Williams, as well. Stan Humphries is also from Louisiana.
