Ginsberg has already had Williams, Cerello, & Der Kommisar served with one... They are still filing documents on those for a decision by the judge.
May as well get the papwerwork submitted for Kennedy & Childress. May be why the league doesn't want to give Ginsberg a free crack at breaking their testimony... |

Let's see if this decision gets reversed now...
If it stands with TAG as arbitrator the court decision is still pending - Ginsberg will use this decision in court as continued bias and unfair process. |
