Re: 6 pt dogs at Denver
My gut feeling on this Denver game is that somebody is gonna get a cheap score, an easy score -- a turnover on the 2, or somebody scoops up a fumbled kickoff and runs it in for a touchdown, that type of thing. Both teams and both QBs will do what they always do, stack up yards and drives and heroic plays and the occasional wild, out-of-the-blue interception; and that stuff will kinda cancel each other out. Both teams are scoring machines, but the cheep unxpected scores, or complete freak plays and one-in-a-million screwups, of balls bouncing off helmets and into somebody's arms who is running the other way, muffed kicks, those types of plays are potentially gonna be the difference maker.

If Hicks can get some pressure up the middle maybe our ends can get some results. If Peyton is left alone it will be a long night.

Re: 6 pt dogs at Denver
Like has been said already; collapsing the pocket is the key to the win. Like Phillip Rivers, Manning is not too mobile and can't run from Galette, Wilson, and Hicks...

Denver has one good defensive showing - against Oakland.
I fell like we're gonna score. I also fell like they're gonna score. It'll be a shootout. Could be a special teams play or team with the last possession kinda game... |

I mean hell, under Gary Gibbs bend dont break style of defense, some teams were held to 10 or less pts, some games under 20 pts. |
