Repeat after me.

"This is all goodell's fault. There was no bounty, no one did anything wrong.... ever.... no coaches stole and abused narcotics, ESPECIALLY not vitt or payton.

Everything is fine. We're going to win out the rest of the season and sweep the playoffs and then host and win the superbowl"

Do NOT waver from the accepted party line.

rah! rah! go team!

Ah jeez, he dropped his noonie from his high-chair again

Can one of you guys pick it up and give it a rinse so we don't have to listen to this anymore?

I think us season ticket holders should get a partial rebate after paying for a defective product.

The saints were warned to stop the bounty program and they didn't.
That's on the head coach....

It's also a fact that vitt stole narcotics and gave them to payton while others tried to cover it up..there is video and audio proof and it was hushed up by the saints.

but never mind all that... we're going to the superbowl....rah! rah!..go team!
You're angry with the team...whatever...but do you have to shove your self righteousness down everyone's throat. Why do you feel the need to keep bringing the stuff up that people are trying to get past. Everyone has their opinions but seriously this is a forum for Saints fans....if you feel you don't want to be a Saints fan anymore because you felt they did something wrong ok then...keep it moving and go do something else....S*** go watch golf or something...just get Get off your f***ing soapbox already....you're just going to have to get over the fact the honestly NOBODY CARES. I mean S*** you act like this seriously effects you in your everyday life....did SP or Vitt come and sprinkle some narcotics in your car and frame YOU for it?!? We just don't care dude....we are football fans....we are irrational when it comes to our team. If you cant accept that then sell you season tickets to somebody and move on....but if you're going to stay.....don't expect people not to joke on you for crying all the damn time....

I understand it hurts your feelings that your heroes have been caught cheating and lying...but ignoring reality doesn't change it. As you get older you'll begin to understand more about how the real world works.

I WILL comment on it....and whenever I like...That's MY money that I'm paying for a defective product.

Sit around in podunk or peoria or wherever you're from and lecture all you like.

Season ticket holders have a lot more at stake and have lost a LOT more than you casual fans far far away who never attend games...

I attend games every chance I get and have been a devoted Saints fan since 1967 when my father was transferred down here. I've been here through the good and bad. Personally, I don't care anything about the Vicodin deal. It is a non-issue. I don't see what your obsession is with it. Only a Falcons fan would even have reason to have a concern and the vast majority of them aren't even anal enough to care.

And the way you go on and on about being a season ticket holder is beginning to sound fishy. I have spent the last several years visiting team forums all across the league and have noticed that some of the most efficient trolls are those fans from other teams that pose as a disgruntled fan of the board's home team. They seem to float from thread to thread constantly bringing up the same thing over and over again. Something they feel should upset the other readers on the site.

Not saying that is you, sir, but just letting you know the way you come across.

Exactly.....have you ever seen this guy actually comment on the football games that have been going on this year?

There is no way a current Saints season ticket holder could justify wanting a rebate. Complete nonsense. Every game came down to the wire. That is entertainment. Good teams entertain their fans.

So yeah...The saints are culpable. It didn't have to be this way.

LMAO at the jealous people questioning whether or not I have tix...sad little boys... I have them and I'm keeping them...and I'll say whatever I like about how the team is (mis) managed.

You guys think Lance Armstrong is cool even though he got caught cheating?
How about Sosa, Canseco, Barry Bonds and Mark McGwire...etc...?
Cheaters are ok as long as they win?..Is that it?

rah! rah!..go team!
Please, stop thread jacking.

Start your own thread if you would like to discuss this, because there are plenty of people here who will indulge you, me being one of them

But this business of coming into random threads and bringing up the Vicodin thing (which you really are sore about, apparently) is just plain rude and bad forum behavior

Go to the Smack Talk forum, start a thread and then find out how everybody REALLY feels about you, away from the "PG-13" threads where little eyes may be looking

There exists video tape of vitt stealing vicodin and audio tape of patten trying to figure out a way to cover it up. Those are facts.

That along with the bounty program shows a pattern of misconduct. That's a fact, too.

Deny, deflect, dodge, change the subject, call people names...whatever you like.
It won't change the facts that there has been ongoing misconduct on the team, primarily among the coaches.

I live here...I've had the same tix for over 10 years..sat in the same section, same seats ...until the renovations to the dome and they moved us from sidelines in sec. 109 to end zone sec. 102. (Poydras end zone)

From 1999 to 2002 we had season tix in 123 (Girod St. end zone). What section are you in, by the way?

THAT'S why it pisses me off that they took our money, and due to the coaches misconduct after being warned to stop, they have to field a poor product this year.

I'm done..you kids can continue your pep rally now.

If you've been a season ticket holder for 10 yrs....where was all the outrage when none of this stuff was happening and they were putting out a "defective product". And nobody is denying the facts......we just don't care....if you care fine.....but you constantly derail threads. Thats why we bag on you and call you a troll. You're a sour puss...LOL. If you want everyone to know the facts why don't you create a thread specifically for that. That way people can either ignore you or respond but at least it will be on subject...

When the coaches get caught cheating after being warned to stop and then get suspended, it is different than just playing bad football...and then throw in stealing narcotics for each other...

As you grow up and mature you'll (probably) eventually be able to grasp the differences.

...but... you accuse ME of derailing threads?
What exactly are you suggesting we do? What harm are you specifically experiencing? Men stealing and abusing narcotics is a societal problem, not a Saints fan problem. It's only our problem in that it is embarrassing, since last time I checked, the Saints were one play away from the NFC Championship Game the season after the vicodin scandal.
As a citizen, I am very upset at those actions if true. As a Saints fan it is shameful to me. But if I were a season ticket holder, the last thing I would do is trumpet it from the hilltops, because if you think what this bounty thing did to your product is bad, you don't even want to imagine what it would be like if that thing blew up.
The Saints would probably go back to being the perennial doormat that they were for the first 48 seasons that you paid for and seem to have no problem with.

As for Freeh, from what I know of him, he would probably publish his report anyway if he found wrong-doing. In case he promised to keep his findings confidential, I don't think we can start the conspiracy train running until at least the end of the season. If we don't hear anything about it by this time next year, chances are Benson swept it under the rug.

I am a card carrying member of the AARP and have been for years, thank you.

But, I don't care whether it was aired on live TV, I don't care about your Vicodin. It is a non-issue. I also do not believe there was any bounties going on and the Saints are simply getting persecuted by a liar named Mike Cerullo and Goodell made a huge error in taking everything he said and produced (all the handwritten notes) as gospel.

And if you are so disappointed with the product I will happily take two of your season tickets off your hands for the Atlanta game November 11th. I'll even pay you face value so you won't be out any cash.
